ShotMusePrivacy Policy
ShotMuse is a camera app for iPhone and iPad. It is designed so that your photos and your data stay on your device. This policy explains what the app can access and what happens to it.
What the app accesses
- Camera. Used only to take photos inside the app. Frames are processed on your device and never leave it.
- Photo library. When you import a photo, the app reads only the photo you pick. When you choose to save, the app writes the finished photo to your library. The app does not scan or upload your library.
- Local storage. Photos you take are stored in the app's private folder on your device until you delete them. Your favourites are stored there too.
What we do not do
- ShotMuse has no accounts, no sign-in and no servers of its own. The app does not upload photos, metadata or any other content anywhere.
- The app contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
- We do not collect names, e-mail addresses, location, device identifiers or usage statistics.
Subscriptions and payments
ShotMuse Pro is sold as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple's App Store using Apple's StoreKit. Apple processes the payment and holds your billing details; the app only receives a signed confirmation that a subscription is active. Apple's handling of this data is described in Apple's Privacy Policy. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings.
Sharing photos
When you use the Share button, the photo is handed to the app or service you choose through the standard iOS share sheet. From that point it is governed by that app's privacy policy.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
