ShotMuseTerms of Use
By downloading or using ShotMuse you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to every app distributed through the App Store. If the two conflict, Apple's agreement prevails.
Licence
ShotMuse is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store usage rules.
ShotMuse Pro subscription
- ShotMuse Pro is an auto-renewable subscription billed through your Apple ID. Two plans are offered: monthly and yearly. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you subscribe.
- New subscribers may receive a free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and your Apple ID is charged.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period stays active until it ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your content
Photos you take or import remain yours. ShotMuse does not claim any rights to them and does not upload them.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app or its filters, and do not use the app in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
